In this fabrication project, we were asked to build a heavy-duty ground leveling machine 🌍. To keep costs down and promote sustainability, we recycled a solid frame from an old machine, which became the perfect base for the build. ♻️
From there, we:
✅ Reinforced the structure with newly welded supports
✅ Added precision-cut T-beams for leveling accuracy
✅ Installed bracing to ensure durability and performance in rugged terrain
✅ Applied expert welding techniques for maximum strength 🔩
✅ Tested the assembly in-shop to confirm it was ready for real-world action 🚜
This project is a great example of mechanical engineering and welding craftsmanship, combining reuse, structural integrity, and practical function. Ideal for farming, landscaping, or construction environments where even ground is critical.
