In this project, we were tasked with moving a site canteen 🏗️ to a more functional location. Due to limited space, the canteen was placed on top of a shipping container 📦. To ensure safe and practical access, we designed and fabricated a heavy-duty staircase 🪜 and platform 🧱 from 5mm thick steel, fully protected with anti-corrosion coating 🧪.
Every step, from welding to rustproofing, is done with precision and pride 👨🏭.
✅ Removed the old stair setup to make way for a safer solution
✅ Expertly welded and prepped a new heavy-duty steel staircase
✅ Safely hoisted and positioned the stairs using a JCB 🚜
✅ Built a solid steel-framed platform with secure handrails 🛑
✅ Finished off with anti-corrosion protection and a level surface for safe access 🧱
